Challenge
A client's chronograph had a reset function that no longer returned to zero cleanly, making the stopwatch unreliable for its intended use.
Solution
The chronograph mechanism was disassembled, the hammer alignment corrected, and worn contact points addressed during a full function service.

The reset now returns cleanly to zero, and all three chronograph functions were confirmed working over a two-week wear test.
